1. Bruin-ou.com, its management, staff and moderators take no responsibility whatsoever for the views and opinions expressed by the members of these forums.
2. Welcome new users and be helpful towards them.
3. Profanity, insults, flaming, racist, sexist, hateful comments will not be tolerated.
4. No posts about how or where to get drugs. Sensible discussion about the dangers of drug use and informational posts are ok. Any posts about how or where to get drugs will not be tolerated.
5. Do a search before asking a question, you will probably find that your question has been answered already.
6. Keep to the topic. If you want to ask something similar or not completely related to a particular topic start a new one giving reference to the other topic.
7. Please refrain from spamming.
8. No advertising or self promotion. All unauthorized party, event and other advertising will be immediately deleted from our forums. Please ensure you have Bruin-ou.com management permission to advertise your event or club on our website. Failure to comply with this rule can result in your inclusion on the Bruin-ou.com blacklist. For advertising queries contact charles@bruin-ou.com. Please dont just join to advertise on the forum, it will get deleted/locked.
9. Bruin-ou.com, its management, staff and moderators will not tolerate any reference to piracy. That is making copies of music or movies for your friends, exchanging tips, ideas or anything whatsoever. The member will be banned from Bruin-ou.com if they do not comply with this rule and be reported to authorities.
10. If you are posting a previously published article or image to these forums you MUST acknowledge the source and if possible attach a link to your original reference. We will not be held responsible for any copyright violations perpetrated by a member.
11. Please use a title for your post that best describes it, titles such as help , stuck and URGENT are good examples on how NOT to title your posts. Please refrain from using all caps, emoticons and special character in your title.
12. Please post under the correct forum.
13. Respect the moderator, their word is final. PM CritiKill if you find that a moderator is abusing his/her privileges.
14. Discussions about Moderator actions should be directed by email to the moderator(s) in question, and NOT discussed in the public forums.
15. Please do not PM questions to admins/moderators that could be asked on the forum. This defeats the object of a forum completely!
16. Please keep the size of your sigs/other images down to an acceptable size, most of us are still on a 56k line. No images should be posted to these forums whose dimensions are larger than 500 x 500 pixels and larger than 100KB in size. Images that dont meet these criteria will be deleted by moderators.
17. The practice of Stalking through our Private Message system will not be tolerated in any way shape or form. We record IP and e-mail addresses and can trace you at the touch of a button. We will then send round some seriously nasty, steroid enhanced Bruin-ou.com agents to your house and/or workplace who will, believe us, teach you the error of your ways. . . .permanently if need be.
18. Do NOT use the public forums to resolve any disputes with other members. If you do have a problem with another member, please resolve this via pm (private message), email or contact one of the Moderators.

20. Although uploaded avatars are available for all to use, please do not use one that is currently in use by another member. If you happen to choose one and later find that it is in use by another member please change it ASAP. You are more than welcome to use any avatar from the "default" gallery, this rule does not apply to avatars under that directory.
If you choose not to comply with the above rules you will be punished (banned).
The punishment will be at the discretion of the admins and moderators. You do not need to be warned prior to being banned/marked.
