My story is that I have known Kevin Tommy for almost 20 years. 16 years ago Kevin Tommy approached me with a Job offer which I accepted. We worked very well together. He then registered a company called Network Skills. Things really started to look good for Network Skills. He employed more people as technicians. The company grew bigger and opportunities seemed endless. Kevin then registered a new company called INFOCAN. With INFOCAN we planned on doing work for the African National

Congress (ANC). Our contact at the ANC was Peter Mokaba. Little did we

know that GOD had already called on Peter Mokaba to come home? We lost

our contract within the ANC.

Kevin then employed more people to run INFOCAN which according to me was the biggest mistake he ever make. He then started investing money from NETWORK SKILLS into IFNOCAN. They staff he employed did not deliver as they had promised and things seem to be going downhill.

NETWORK SKILLS then started too lose money. No income meant no salary at the end of the month for me. Everything stared to just go wrong. Promises were made and still nothing. Soon there after the employees for INFOCAN took Kevin to the CCMA and Labour Court. We at NETWORK SKILLS stared too feel the pinch. A lot of employees at NETWORK SKILLS, including me, did not receive salaries for months on end. Staff members from NETWORK SKILLS then went to the CCMA and Labour Court.

Soon there after the doors of NETWORK SKILLS closed. He was not paying any employee's salaries. I was told not to worry as he (Kevin) had a plan and he would pay everyone out as soon as the new company, TEAMSOLUTIONS was up and running.

Companies that were registered were TEAM SOLUTIONS and TEAM STORAGE SOLUTIONS. Again Kevin made a promise to me (James Lesley Fasser) that I had nothing to worry about and that things would work out and like the FOOL I was, I believed him. Not knowing what would lie in store for me in the months to come. TEAM SOLUTIONS then won a Booking PORTAL with GTA. (Gauteng Tourism Authority). Tender at four hundred million. Then just as at NETWORK SKILLS he (Kevin) Employed new people. Promises were made again and still nothing was delivered It was NETWORK SKILLS all over again. Not getting salaries from month to month. I then demanded to know what was happening with my salary and it seems they (Kevin & Company) did not like it at all.

 Up to this dated I have not received my full retrenchment monies +/-R120.000.00. In addition to this Kevin owes me in his personal capacity as well for a loan, for repairs on my Toyota Bakkie R50.000.00, salaries from Network Skills +/-R200.000.00 and as for my personal lost its about R800.000.00 with my children's education funds I have tried to communicate with MR Kevin Tommy and Co. I'm not the only one that Mr. Kevin Tommy and Co rip off. There are more people that were employed by Mr. Kevin Tommy and Co that's in my shoes. Right now I would not like to name any one.  

BETRAYED BY FAMILY AND FRIEND.

My own familiar friend in whom I trusted, who ate my

bread, has lifted up his heel against me. Have you

ever been betrayed? By a friend? By a close

friend--someone you completely trusted? Such an

experience is beyond emotional grasp for many of us.

We all know how it feels when people take advantage of

us or when unprincipled individuals step on us. But to

be betrayed by a trusted friend hurts much more.

With bounced checks in my hand, bills too be paid and

an empty bank account, I was a victim of betrayal.

... Sometimes a friend isn't a friend. Sometimes a

Friend is a bad thing waiting to happen.
